Schedule of Classes
Please note our new location and class schedule, effective January, 2010.
Monday Aikido Basics & Mixed Level (Integrated Class) ..... 20:30h - 21:45h
Thursday Aikido Basics & Mixed Level (Integrated Class) ..... 20:30h - 21:45h

We anticipate resuming our full schedule of classes, including Aikido Intermediate and Aikido Advanced body arts training, as well as weapons training, in the very near future.  Please check back soon for an update.

Prospective/New Members and Visitors

If you want to find out more about Aikido and what Aikido training is like at our school, you are welcome to visit the dojo to observe a class.  Please Contact Us in advance of your visit so that we may expect you.

99-00-20.gif (1007 bytes) All instruction at Mountain Coast Aikikai is conducted under the direction of Sensei Jobe Groot, 5th dan, Shidoin
99-00-20.gif (1007 bytes) All prospective members are required to observe at least one class at Mountain Coast Aikikai prior to enrollment
99-00-20.gif (1007 bytes) Regular membership enables members to attend an unlimited number Aikido body arts and weapons classes.
Members wishing to attend weapons classes are expected to make an attendance commitment and must obtain the permission of the Chief Instructor prior to participating in these classes.
99-00-20.gif (1007 bytes) Drop-In, or visiting Aikidoists from other dojos are welcome to drop-in and train with us.
